1. What we collect

From you, directly:

• Email address and password (stored as a hash, never in plain text);
• What you search for — your queries, saved briefs (what you sell, who you're looking for, your exclusions), and the niches you research;
• Payment verification — the cryptocurrency transaction ID and a screenshot you submit when buying credits;
• Support messages, if you contact us.

Generated by the service:

• A record of your credit balance and every change to it (purchases, scans, refunds, manual adjustments);
• The public forum posts a scan finds, kept for 48 hours and then deleted, and the scores or signal summaries produced from them, which are kept longer as they are our own derived output, not a copy of the original post.

2. What we don't collect

We don't run advertising trackers or sell data to third parties. We don't require any payment card or bank details — the only payment method is a direct cryptocurrency transfer that you initiate yourself.

3. How we use it

• To run the scans you request and show you the results;
• To verify a credit purchase and keep an accurate balance;
• To email you about things that need your attention — a payment decision, a password reset, confirming your address, or (only if you haven't turned it off) a scan finishing;
• To keep the service working — rate limiting, fraud prevention, debugging.

4. Who else sees it

Your queries and results are visible only to you and to administrators of this service, who can see account and payment data as needed to approve purchases and provide support.

Running a scan sends your search terms to OpenAI, which processes them to produce scores and summaries under their own data-handling terms. It does not send your email, password, or payment information.

We do not sell your data. We may disclose it if required by law, or to protect the service from abuse.

5. Cookies

The service sets one cookie to keep you signed in. It is not readable by page scripts and is not used for advertising or tracking across other sites.

6. Retention

Raw post content collected during a scan is deleted automatically 48 hours after it is found. Payment screenshots, account data, and the credit ledger are kept for as long as your account exists, since they are the record of what you paid for and received.

7. Your choices

You can turn off non-essential emails (scan-finished notices) from your account settings or the unsubscribe link in any such email — this does not affect emails about payments or password resets, since the service cannot work without those. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data by contacting us.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes and will change the date above.
